The event itself will take place on the 8th of March, 7pm for 7.30 p.m. dining.

This is a subsidised rate; if you are a non-member it is £20/£10.

On offer will be a choice of hot dishes for a sit-down meal.
The event will take place at the Cowick Barton Inn, Cowick Lane, Exeter.
We will have exclusive use of the main function room there, with the main bar a few paces away.
All members welcome – don’t worry if you don’t yet know anyone, we’ll look after you !

Food options are Shepherd’s Pie, Cinelli con Carne (sp.?), Fish Pie, and Sweet Potato & Coconut Curry as the vegetarian/vegan dish. There will be veg., there will be garlic bread, there will be naan bread.
You don’t need to indicate in advance your menu choice.
Andrew Feather, four times National Hill Climb Champion, and an ex-EWCC rider, will be gracing us with his presence to present the various awards. There will also be a Q&A session with Andrew afterwards so you may like to give some thought to what you’d like to ask him.
There will be a raffle – please consider bringing a prize along.
